摘    要:从天津农芭厂混合土壤中分离到一株能够降解对氯酚的黄单胞菌D-1,在此基础上,研究了该菌株对对氯酚的降解特性和将D-1菌株加入模拟对氯污染土壤中的生物修复试验。

Abstract:One strain D-1 of Xanthomonas sp. ,which can degrade p-chlorophenol, was isolated from the mixed soil. On the mixed medium, the rate of biodegradation for p-chlorophenol is more than 50%. On the basis of isolation, bioremediation of the p-chlorophenol for polluted soil was explored. Result from the study demonstrated:in the polluted soil containing strain D-1 ,the ratio of biodegradation for p-chlorophenol is 50% versus that without the strain.
