| Abstract: | Starting from the existing condition of surface water qualitied, the beneficial economic structure adjustment, the plan layout of important district exploitation and scientific programme of water qualities target management were sought so as to fulfill total water target pollutants discharges control, improve surface water qualities and provide technical support. |
