摘    要:采用阳极氧化法制备了TiO_2纳米管(TiO_2-NT),研究了阳极氧化时间对TiO_2-NT形貌与结构的影响.结果表明,氧化时间为180 min时,TiO_2-NT排列紧密,管口形状接近圆形,管径为93 nm左右.以TiO_2-NT为底层采用电沉积法制备PbO_2/TiO_2-NT/Ti电极,PbO_2/TiO_2-NT/Ti电极与传统PbO_2/SnO_2-Sb2O3/Ti电极形貌、结构、电化学性能、使用寿命对比分析结果表明,与PbO_2/SnO_2-Sb2O3/Ti电极相比,PbO_2/TiO_2-NT/Ti电极具有较小的晶粒尺寸、较高的催化氧化活性和较长的使用寿命.

Abstract:TiO2 nanotube (TiO2-NT) was prepared by electrochemical anodic oxidation. The effects of anodization time on the morphology and structure of TiO2-NT were studied. According to the results, closely spaced TiO2-NT arrays were grown on titanium substrates after the anodization for 180 min, the tubes shaped nearly circular and their diameters were about 93 nm. In addition, the PbO2/TiO2-NT/Ti electrodes were fabricated by electrodeposition technology with TiO2-NT as bottom layers. The morphology, structure, electrochemical properties, and life time of PbO2/TiO2-NT/Ti electrodes were compared with those of PbO2/SnO2-Sb2O3/Ti electrodes. Comparing the PbO2/SnO2-Sb2O3/Ti electrodes, PbO2/TiO2-NT/Ti electrodes had smaller crystal size, higher electro-catalytic activity, and longer lifetime.
