变电站绝缘子憎水性试验工具的设计

摘    要:针对35 kV及以上变电站开展绝缘子憎水性试验存在试验工具使用不便,试验工作效率低,高处作业风险大的问题,将试验过程分为7个环节从试验时间、工具数量、人员配置进行实地调查和数据分析比对,设计了一种携带方便、操作简单、拆装快速的绝缘子憎水性试验工具。应用效果表明该绝缘子憎水性试验工具能够替代高处作业方式完成试验,提高试验工作效率,精简试验人员数量。

Abstract:Insulator hydrophobic test exists some problems which are inconvenient use of test tools, low test efficiency, high risk of high-place operation in substation of 35 kV and above, the test process is divided into 7 links, investigated and analyzed from test time, number of tools and personnel configuration, an insulator hydrophobic test tool with convenient carrying, simple operation and quick disassembly is designed. The application results show that the insulator hydrophobic test tool can replace the high-altitude operation mode to complete the test, improve the test work efficiency, and reduce the number of testers.
