| 摘 要： | 文章以环境经济协调发展为出发点，建立了表征苏南城镇环境经济协调发展的指标体系，它主要由４个部分组成：人口、资源、环境和经济指标体系、它的提出考虑了ＰＲＥＥ系统的变化发展规律，指标数据的科学性、可获得性，可操作性，简洁性及效率，均等和可持续性等基本原则。最后，就指标体系的应用作了探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on the viewpoints of environmental economic coordinative development, to establish an index system for characterizing environmental economic coordinative development of township in Southern Jiangsu Province. The index system consists of four parts, i.e. population, resources, environment and economy. The construction of the system represents several basic principles, such as considering the law of FREE system, availability of index data, efficiency, equity and sustainability. Finally, some possible problems about the application of the system were discussed. |
