| 摘 要： | 水污染防治是中国环境保护事业一项长期的基本国策，必须给予高度重视。文章通过分析当前中国水污染防治工作的现状，剖析中国水污染防治工作中存在的主要问题，审视全国水污染的严峻形势，指出中国水污染防治刻不容缓，继续开展水污染防治工作任重而道远。国家必须不断加大水污染防治工作的力度，从提高思想认识、落实各方责任、健全管理体制、完善工作机制等方面入手，制定和探索切实可行的水污染治理的对策和措施，确保中国水污染防治工作取得全面进步。
