摘    要:以明亮发光杆菌和鳆鱼发光杆菌为研究对象,检测急性毒性和遗传毒性两种有毒物质的生物毒性,通过添加各种冷藏液,将发光细菌放置在液体培养基中,培养至对数生长期进行振荡离心,重新悬浮于脱脂牛奶溶液冷藏,对比脱脂牛奶悬液冷藏、冻干粉复苏后冷藏以及新鲜菌液直接冷藏3种方法的温度条件调控效果.结果表明,发光细菌采用脱脂牛奶菌悬液冷藏6 d后复苏相对发光率可达94.15%,说明采用此种冷藏方式有效提升了发光细菌活性的稳定性,在应对水质毒性快速检测评价中具有较好的应用前景.

Temperature Control Conditions of Luminescent Bacterial Activity
Abstract:To study the biotoxicity of two kinds of toxic substances,such as acute toxicity and genotoxicity,the luminous bac-teria were placed in liquid culture medium by adding various refrigerating liquid, and cultured in the logarithmic growth phase. Shake the centrifugal,re-suspended in the skim milk solution refrigeration,compared with skim milk suspension,freeze-dried powder after the recovery of fresh and fresh bacteria directly cold storage of three methods of temperature control effect. The results showed that the relative luminescence rate of the resuscitated milk was up to 94.15% after 6 days of cold storage,which indicated that the stability of the activity of the luminescent bacteria was improved by the cold storage method,and it was better in the rapid detection and evaluation of the water quality toxicity application prospects.
