为了降低建筑施工废弃物对土壤环境的污染,分析了建筑施工堆砌废弃物对周边土壤环境的影响.介绍了建筑施工废弃物的定义、分类和产生原因.分析了建筑施工堆砌废弃物对周边土壤环境的影响:建筑施工堆砌废弃物降低周边土壤水质;建筑施工堆砌废弃物降低周边土壤质量;建筑施工堆砌废弃物降低土壤环境自净能力.在此基础上,针对建筑施工堆砌废弃物提出以下政策建议:提高建筑施工废弃物回收利用率;适当提高置物费;合理规划建筑废弃物填埋场;建筑施工废弃物减量化处理.

Influence of Building Construction Waste on Surrounding Soil Environment

In order to reduce the pollution of construction waste to soil environment,this paper analyzes the influence of con-struction waste on the surrounding soil environment. This paper introduces the definition,classification and causes of construction waste. Analysis of the influence of the construction waste piled up on the surrounding soil environment:construction pile surround-ing soil water to reduce waste;waste reduction construction pile surrounding soil quality;construction waste piled up to reduce soil environmental purification capacity. On this basis,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations:improve the utili-zation rate of waste recycling of construction waste construction; increasing storage costs; rational planning of construction waste landfill;waste reduction treatment construction.
