| Abstract: | This article puts forward a view that safety science and technology is also the first production force. In the context, the connotation and relationship are analyzed among the terms of science,technology and science—technology. On the basis of demonstrating the relationship between science—technology and production force, it is elaborated that safety science and technology is also the first production forec. Then the authors inquire into the relationship between high technology development and safety science technology. Finally, a few problems calling for attention in the development of safety science and technology are pointed out for reference. |
