光合细菌球形红杆菌摄磷能力的研究

摘    要:研究了光照、碳源、酸碱对光合细菌球形红杆菌摄磷能力的影响。试验结果表明,在微好氧培养条件下,不同因素对该菌摄磷能力有很大影响,在光照条件下该菌从培养基中摄磷能力增强,甚至有过量摄磷现象。相反,在黑暗条件下,该菌体向培养基中释放磷,出现磷释放现象;以乙酸钠为碳源时该菌的摄磷量大于以乙醇为碳源时的摄磷量;向培养基中滴加3M的氢氧化钠(使pH保持在7.5左右)时,该菌出现过量摄磷现象,相反,向培养基中滴加1.5M的硫酸(使pH值保持在6.5左右)时,该菌出现磷释放现象

Abstract:Influence of three factors on the phosphate uptake of Rhodobacter sphacroides was studied. The results indicated: In light, Phosphate was taken excessively from culture solution by this strain and phosphate was released to culture solution from the bacteria in dark. In the culture condition which sodium acetate was used as carbon source, the strain took more phosphtate than alcohol was used as carbon source. Under the addition of sulphuric acid (pH was controled at about 6.5), the strain released phosphate; under the addition of sodium hydroxide (pH was controled at about 7.5), the strain took phosphate excessively.
