摘    要:在硫酸介质中,邻苯氨基苯甲酸与硝酸盐(NO_3~-)生成紫红色络合物.本文依据悬浮颗粒对光的吸收性质研究利用该灵敏反应测定 NO_3~—N 新光度法——(?)次双波长法,通过对样品分析,可提高分析灵敏度和精密度,回收良好,且操作简单快速,计算曲线稳定,适合于测定地下水,湖水等天然水体 NO_3~-—N.

Abstract:In sulfuric acid solution nitrate (NO_3~-) can react with o-phenylaminobenzoic acid to form a red compound.In this paper,by the absorption behaviour of a suspended liquid the new method defined as Primary—Secondary Wavelengthes Spectrophotometry was studied to determine NO_3~-—N at such a reaction.Experiments have proved that the analytical precision and sensitivity were both higher than the single wavelength method's and the recovery rate was well.The operation is easy and rapid and the calculated curve is very stable,too.It is suitable for undergroundwater,lakewater and drinkingwater and so on.
