关于福建省推进安全文化建设的几点思考

福建省作为海防前线，国家没有投资建设大型工程项目。因此，经济基础薄弱，经济综合实力在全国省、市、自治区之中排在第２８位。改革开放以来，充分利用侨乡及与港、台联系紧密的优势，引进外资，推动了全省经济建设。２０年来，经济综合实力迅速增长，已跃升到第７位。但是，随着三资企业、乡镇企业的增多，重大恶性事故也不断发生。为此，笔者对福建省目前安全生产状况，企业类别，数量，职工现状、来源、文化程度等作了具体分析，并就如何推进安全文化建设，提出几点建议

Views for Promoting the Safety Culture Constructure in Fujian Province

Fujian province had been regarded as coastal front from 1949 to 1978.Large industrial and mining enterprises had not been built in this province. Its economic basis was rather weak,and comprehensive economic strength ranked the 28th among all provinces. Since the implementation of the reform and open policy,it takes the advantage of the investments from oversea Chinese and foreign capital,the economic construction has progressed greatly.Great changes have taken place for 20 years. Its comprehensive economic strength now ranks No.7 among all provinces. As the number of joint ventures and town-owned enterprises increase, variety of accidents also increase.In view of the situation of production safety in this province,various factors are analyzed,and views for promoting the safety culture construction in this province are suggested.
