| 摘 要： | 位于两控区内的福建省龙岩市在实施二氧化硫排放控制"十五"计划中,虽然二氧化硫排放量有所控制,但削减14％的指标任务相当艰巨。本文从两三年来的实践,分析了当前的形势任务,提出了今后两年的保障措施,论述了"十五"计划的可行性。

| Abstract: | Longyan city in Fujian province is located in bi-control area. Although the discharge of sulfur dioxide in Tenth-Five-Year Plan has been controlled, the target of decrease of 14% is still extremely hard to achieve. According to the practice of recent years, the paper analyzes the current situation, poses the warranted measures in the next two years, it also deals with the feasibility of the Tenth-Five-Year Plan. |
