| Abstract: | In this paper,present the basic theorem and application of safety control theory. The theoretic subjects are described as following: Safety system construction and modelling, system parameter identification and safety control mode. On the application,many subjects are discused ,as safety measurment and system state e-valuat - model ling, safety state macro - forcasting. Many modern statistical methods are adopted for overcome calculation difficulty. |
