| 摘 要： | 本研究是黄河三角洲水冰险情预报信息系统的子系统之一。它在继承传统人工改道方法的同时,充分利用了现代计算机的地理信息系统(GIS)等高科技技术,为制定放淤改道决策方案(尤其在紧急情况下)提供定量依据和快速办法。内容包括:条件确定;方法和过程;实验与研究。

| Abstract: | This study is one of the subsysrems of the water and ice danger forecast information system of Huangher Riner delta. While inheriting the traditional way of artificial course changing, it fully utilizes sone techniques of high science and tecbnoligy such as nodern conputers. geography information systen (GIS) and so on , and pronides a puantitstive basis and high-speed ways tor drawing up a colnatage and course changing clecision plan (especially a critical situation ). This paper includes conditions defining; methods and pricesses; experiments and researches. |
