The Current situation, problems and countermeasures of fertilizer market in Guangdong province

The basic situation of the production, supply and price of fertilizers at present in Guangdong province was summarized, the main problems exiting in fertilizer market in the province were pointed out, and the countermeasures to improve the order of fertilizer market were put forward in this paper. It is suggested that the preferential policies of production and circulation of fertilizers should be really implemented, in order to decrease the cost of fertilizer production; the fertilizer reserve system that fits with the demand of the socialist market economy should be establish; the legislation of regulations of fertilizer management should be speeded up; and the propaganda and training should be strengthened, so as to heighten farmers' ability of discerning fertilizers and their consciousness of self-protection.
