| 摘 要： | 生物指标提供了人体接触有毒化学物质的机体负荷、作用指标和易感性等信息，是现代分析毒理研究中的一个重要内容。本文以多环芳烃的接触指标尿中１－羟基芘的研究为例，着重讨论了生物指标研究在环境健康风险评价中的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the concept and context for biological markers (biomarkers) research. Biomarkers research may provide scientific information of body burden for exposure to the chemicals, effects markers and susceptibility in humans. It is an important research program in modern analytical toxicology.This paper emphasizes their application to environmental health risk assessment with an example of urinary 1-hydroxypyrene as a biomark of human exposure to ambient polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons. |
