| 摘 要： | 从城市环境概念和内涵入手，以可持续发展原则作为依据，首次提出了城市环境可持续发展的概念，并建立了其相应的模型，进而对城市环境ＳＤ具体内容进行了分析，最后指出了城市环境可持续发展政策框架，为研究城市可持续发展理论，实施国家可持续发展战略提供了一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the conce pt and implication of urban environment and on the basis of the sustainable developmental principle,the concept and intension of urban environmental sustainable development are propounded for the first time,with its model being builded and content analysed.Then a policy framework of urban environmental sustainable development is put forward,with a view to providing a new way of studying the theory of environmental science and carrying out the strategy of national sustainable development. |
