多藻浅水体中pH值和溶解氧协同周期性变化初探

摘    要:在多藻浅水体中,每日900~1500的pH值和溶解氧都呈上升趋势,两者呈协同周期性变化。经相关性回归分析,pH值的变化规律与溶解氧呈非常显著正相关,多藻浅水区pH值和溶解氧的回归关系相关系数r=0.9129>r0.01(70)(r0.01(70)=0.302)。这可能与水体中氧化还原电位和水生植物光合作用伴随的代谢活动有关。这种相关性和协同周期性变化具有一定的生态学意义,并会对水体净化产生影响。

Abstract:Under sunshine the change of pH in shallow water with algae is similitude with the change of DO periodically Both pH and DO have a rising trend from 9:00 to 15:00,and both coordinate periodic change The results of relative regression analysis indicate that there is a very distinct relativity in changing law between pH and DO In the water,the coefficient of the relativity between pH and DO is r = 0 9129>r 0 01(70) , r 0 01(70) =0 302 It has ecological significance and influence to effect of purifying wastewater that the relativity and the coordinate periodic change may relate to the oxidation-deoxidization potential in the water and metabolize activity along with photosynthesis of hydrophyte
