| 摘 要： | 数字环保的提出，为环境保护信息化建设提供了新的目标。本系统根据葫芦岛市环境保护的需要，整合各种污染源数据，建立Oracle数据仓库，利用GIS技术、网络技术等完成对污染源数据的管理、统计与发布。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the development of environmental protection in JinZhou based on integration of the data from every pollution sources, an Oracle data base was developed for environmental management using GIS and network technique, in this paper the characterization of Oracle data base, GIS system and network techniques were reported, by using mentioned system the statistical data can be input/output for pollution source management. |
