| Abstract: | This article briefly introduced the scientific understanding of climate change, the possible impacts of the climate change, as well as the progress for international climate change negotiations. It also analyzed the political, economic, scientific, environmental and diplomatic implications behind the issue of climate change. Based on this, essence of the climate change was deliberated. |
