摘    要:针对抚顺三宝屯污水厂的剩余污泥采取动态半连续流中温厌氧消化试验,进行污泥减量化及资源化的研究,为中试生产提供技术依据。结果表明,在连续进泥14 d后,出泥的COD与VSS的去除率开始稳定,产气量也逐渐达到稳定,气体中的甲烷含量达70%以上。检验结果表明厌氧消化处理后的污泥中重金属及其它有害物质含量均不超过《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》(GB4284-84),可作为农业肥料。

Abstract:This paper adopted semi-continuous flow experiments of anaerobic digestion in middle temperature for excess sludge from Sanbaotun waste water plant in fushun,in order to reduce sludge quantities and resource the mankind,offering technical bases for suffer-test production.The results showed that removal ratios of COD and VSS in exceed sludge,and producing air quantities were steady after continuous adding sludge for14days.Methane content in produced air was over70percent.Heavy metals and other poisonous matters in sludge after anaerobic digestion were below Contamination Control Standards in Agricultural Sludge(GB4284-84),so the sludge after anaerobic digestion can be as agricultural fertilizers.
