| Abstract: | The hearing system is for the purpose of democratization, standardization, scientification and transparency of government decision-making. At present in our country, the hearing system has become an indispensable basic system. The environmental protection hearing system of our country,especially the hearing system of the environmental protection administration permission is elaborated and analyzed, and the exist questions and perfect measures are also put forward. |
