| Abstract: | The article sets forth concept and reason for growth of strategic environmental assessment (SEA), and intension and index system of sustainable development. Analysing relations between sustainable development and strategic EIA, it emphasizes that SEA is a central link to reach sustainable development and sustainable development and takes effect of guide in concrete implement of SEA. |
