| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前二类物质常用的前处理与分析测定方法,包括提取方法、净化方法和定性与定量方法。并列举了PCDD/Fs与PCBs分离的常用手段,并就它们的优缺点进行了比较,提出HPLC虽然是其中最昂贵的方法,但是值得一用,并且可以一劳永逸。而就分析测定手段来讲,要根据研究目的和样品情况选择合适的方法。
