| 摘 要： | 城市“规模效益”对发展社会生产力的作用是不可忽视的,但是如果城市规模太大,人口过于集中,又会造成一系列的环境和社会问题。如何把城市规模控制在合理、适当的范围?本文从我国的国情出发,就自然资源、环境容量和环境质量、经济效益三个方面,对这一问题进行论述。

| Abstract: | The effects of urban scale benefit on the development of social productive forces should not be neglected, but if the scale of the city is too large, excessive concentration of population will cause a series of problems in environment arid society. Then, how should we control the urban scale within a reasonable and proper range? Starting from the situation of our country, this paper discusses a set of problems in natural resources, environmental capacity and environmental quantity and economic benefit. |
