| 摘 要： | 流域生态补偿制度是促进流域共同发展,体现生态保护的经济价值和市场价值的一种有力工具,在国际上流域生态补偿工作已有比较成功的事例。中国目前的流域生态补偿机制的研究和实践正处于起步阶段,本文通过对国内外流域生态补偿机制的调查和研究,分析了中国流域生态补偿建设中存在的突出问题,提出了改进流域生态补偿机制的对策建议。
