| 摘 要： | 提出了在环境水样痕量有机污染物的分析中,样品预富集的必要性及预富集的基本要求是排除基体(水)的干扰。研究了顶端空间法、疏水富集法和气相提取法等3种水样预富集的技术,并比较了其适用性。

| Abstract: | The enrichment procedure is indispensable for determina-tion of trace organic pollutants in aquatic origin. Head-space method, Static or dynamic, was proposedfor volatile pollutants. A relationship between the concentra-tion of the solute and its solubility, vapor pressure and mo-lecular weight was established. Trace non-volatile pollut-ants were preferable enriched on hydrophobic adsobent bed.The enrichment efficiency could be evaluated by break-throughcapacity. Vapor phase extraction could also be usedfor this purpose. |
