水-硅油双相系统筛选分离多环芳烃降解菌

摘    要:利用水-硅油双相系统筛选,分离了3种多环芳烃的降解菌,对7种主要的多环芳烃进行了降解试验,结果表明从水-硅油双相系统筛出来的混合菌对多环芳烃降解效果较好,降解率随多环烃环数增加而递减。

Abstract:Three microorganisms of degrading PAHs in the water\|silicon oil biphisic system were selected and separated.Degrading tests of seven main PAHs were carried out.Result showed that PAHs could by degraded effectly by mixed microorganisms,The degradation effect decreses as the PAHs cycle increases.
