| Abstract: | From industrial structure, energy production and consumption, carbon emission of Huainan, the article explains general features of Huainan＇s low- carbon transition and analyses the necessity, key areas and trend, key technology and method, infrastructure construction of low -carbon city on Huainan＇s low -carbon development. Finally, the article discusses the guarantee measures for Huainan＇s low - carbon development. |
