摘    要:本研究对用玉米芯酸水解液生产SCP的CandidaboidiniNo.2201诱变株进行了初步筛选,选出了诱变菌株Y108,其产量比原菌种增加25%左右,达到了28g/L~30g/L,产品粗蛋白含量为35%。初步研究表明,利用诱变株Y108生产SCP有可能成为未来较好的饲料蛋白添加剂

Abstract:Candida boidinii and its matants were tested for their ability to grow in corncob hydrolysate,a culture exhibiting good growth was Y108,a mutant of Candida boidinnii No.2201 was obtained with a 25% increased yield of dry cell compared with Candida boidinii No.2201, selected to produce SCP from corncob sulfuric acid hydrolysate.The optimum fermentation conditions were determined by orthogonal tests.In the optimal fermentation mediums,a yield of 2830g/L biomass which contains 35% crade protein was obtained.
