丙溴磷对孤雌生殖海带细胞超微结构的影响

摘    要:通过对孤雌生殖海带超微结构的观察表明:经过0.67mg/L丙溴磷处理的海带,色素体类囊体断裂、溃烂、溶解、外膜消失,严重者色素体完全解体;内质网组织水肿,囊泡化;线粒华内嵴水肿,数量减少,空泡化,包膜局部破裂,趋于解体,比较各细胞器对丙溴磷的反应,发现色素全是最敏感的细胞器。

Abstract:Examinations on ultrastructure of parthenogenic Laminaria japonica showed that:after treated with 0 67mg/L profenofos for 96h,the ultrastructure of kelp cells varied obviously;the choroplast envelope mostly disappeared;the thylakoid ruptured,rankled,dissolved and even disintegrated completely;the endoplasmic reticulums swollen up and vesiculated;the mitochondria cristaes swollen up and their number decreased;the mitochondria envelope broke partially and trended to disintegrate.The choroplasts were the most sensitive in their cytological response to profenofos.
