摘 要: | 根据北方气温的变化特点,用活性污泥生物膜分离、筛选出DG1、DN1、H8、H13菌株,在低温条件下培养絮凝率分别达到87.35%、81.33%、83.79%、78.44%,为今后开展低温污水处理及絮凝机理的研究打下了基础。

Abstract: | We screened several microbial flocculant producing bacterium with application value from low - temperature biological reactor and low temperature activated sludge. They were suitable to grow at low tempera- ture and had the function of flocculation. We obtained the growth to provide support for the future study of isolation, optimum conditions of flocculant producing bacterium purification and flocculation mechanism. |
