火电厂湿烟囱排放的可行性探讨

摘    要:在石灰/石灰石-石膏法湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)工艺中,是否安装烟气热交换器(GGH)的问题一直受到关注。本文介绍了湿法烟气脱硫工艺中GGH的作用,设置GGH的弊端,以及湿烟囱排放对工艺和设备所提出的更高的设计要求。从安全和经济角度考虑,对于FGD工艺采用湿烟囱排放代替GGH是可行的。

Abstract:In the program of Lime/Limestone and Gypsum Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization(FGD),the problem of whether installing a Gas-Gas Heater(GGH)always attracts attention.This paper introduces the function of GGH in Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization,the disadvantage of installing a GGH.And the higher design requirements on the program and equipments under the wet stack emission.From the security and economic point of view,it is feasibility to adopt wet stack emission instead of GGH in FGD program.
