| 摘 要： | 阐述了目前污泥处理与处置的方法,结合污泥生物干化方法在沈阳振兴污泥处置有限公司的应用,介绍了生物干化方法的工艺流程,即在高温状态下利用生物能,使污泥彻底熟化降解,将污泥含水率由80%降至40%以下的过程。最后提出了利用生物干化工艺处置污泥在实际运行中需要注意物料传输方式的选择以及冬季除臭系统臭气收集方面的问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper, methods of sludge treatment and disposal are illustrated. On the basis of sludge biodrying application to the sludge disposal in Shenyang Zhenxing Sludge Disposal Co., Ltd., process flow of the biodrying method is introduced. That is, at high temperature, bioenergy is used to age and degrade the sludge thoroughly and moisture content of the sludge is reduced from 80% to 40% below. Then, some issues are proposed for attention during practical application of biodrying process such as selection of material transportation mode and odor collection of the winter deodorizing system. |
