水中硝基苯的快速气相色谱鉴定

摘    要:直接进水样气相色谱法快速鉴定水中的硝基苯 ,分别采用 2 %QF— 1+ 1 5OV— 1Chro mosorbWAW—DMCS(80~ 10 0目 ) (实验柱Ⅰ )和 5 %聚乙二醇— 6 0 0 0 10 1白色担体 (40~ 6 0目 )(实验柱Ⅱ )为固定相的两种不锈钢柱 ,FID检测器 ,对硝基苯完成分离。本法进样 4 μL的检测限为 0 2 5mg/L ,能满足应急污染监测的需要 ,对柱Ⅰ ,提出了一种改善分离的方法

Abstract:A rapid GC method for determination of the nitrobenzene in water is studied.The water sample is injected directly into the 1102 GC equipped with FID.Two columns,packed with 2%QF|1+1.50V|1 adsorbed on Chromosorb W AW|DMCS(80|100 mesh) or 5% polyethylene glycol 6000 on 101 white carrier(40|60 mesh) are compared.On the base of experiments,this method is found to be accurate,rapid and sensitive enough for determining nitrobenzene in water at ppm levels,and can be applied in emergency monitoring.A modified technique is proposed to improve the seperation of nitrobenzene from water.
