| Abstract: | This paper suggests the characteristics and contents of college's financial value-chain, which based on its definition. Through the realization of value appreciation in the three links: fund raising value-chain, fund disposing value-chain, and fund controlling value-chain, we can timely adjust the financial strategies of college and rationally allocate the financial resources. |
