淮南煤炭开采土地破坏及其综合治理

煤炭开采会破坏和压占大量的土地资源，导致土地利用类型、功能发生较大变化，污染周围环境。淮南煤矿开采历史悠久，因采煤形成的塌陷地总面积约133km^2，采空区面积约69km^2；形成了34座矸石山，堆体占地面积约1.6km^2。塌陷水域面积不断扩大，煤矸石长期大量堆放占用土地、污染水和大气，已成为制约淮南矿区社会经济发展的重要因素。通过对淮南煤炭开采造成的土地破坏情况进行分析，提出了一些综合治理措施，以利于矿区环境、社会和经济的可持续发展。

Huainan coal mining has a long history, caused approximately 133 km^2 subsidence lands, 69 km^2 goaf and formed 34 gangue hills, taking up 1, 6 km^2 land areas, The water area of subsidence expands unceasingly, large numbers of gangue deposits take up the land due to long -term accumulated, and water and air are also polluted, which prevent the social and economic development of Huainan mining area, This paper analyzed the status of destroyed land resources, and put forward several comprehensive countermeasures to accelerate the sustainable development of environment, society and economy in Huainan mining area.
