摘    要:配电网络重构是一个复杂、非线性的组合优化问题。在考虑分布式电源的情况下,以网络损耗最小和电压节点偏差最小为优化目标,建立了一个多目标的配电网络重构数学模型。针对二进制粒子群优化(Binary particle swarm optimization,BPSO)算法容易陷入局部极值点、发生早熟等缺点,提出混沌二进制粒子群混合优化算法(CBPSO),引入混沌理论(Choas theory)对二进制粒子群优化算法的惯性权重进行调整。IEEE33 节点测试系统的算例表明,该算法较BPSO 算法具有较强的全局收敛性能,能够有效地解决计及 DG 出力的配网络重构优化问题,提高了电能质量和系统运行的经济性。

Abstract:Distribution network reconfiguration is a complicated and non -linear optimizationproblem. In consideration of the distributed generation (DG),A multi -objective mathematicalmodel is established. Two objective functions including system loss minimization and minimizationof voltage deviation are considered. A kind of hybrid optimization algorithm(CBPSO)was proposedto deal with the deficiencies of binary particle swarm optimization algorithm(BPSO),such as easilybeing lost in local optimum,premature convergence and so on. The choas theory was introduced toadjust the inertia weight of BPSO optimization,which improved the global convergence property.The test conducted on IEEE33 bus system justified efficiency and feasibility of the presentedmethod.
