摘    要:京能宁东发电有限责任公司2号机组汽轮机高调阀由于调阀重叠度曲线拟合性不好,机组负荷在580 MW时GV4调阀存在大幅波动情况。通过高调阀阀门在线试验,优化重叠度曲线,很好地解决了这一问题。试验结果表明优化后的重叠度曲线能保证阀门的流量特性,并能提高汽轮机组的效率。

Abstract:Due to the fitting of overlap degree curve is not well, when 580 MW load GV4 governingvalve has large range fluctuation problem at steam turbine of No.2 generators in Ningxia JingnengNingdong Power Generation Llimited Company, Through on- line test for governing valve andoptimizing overlap degree curve, solves this problem. The test result shows that the valve coversbetween GV1 and GV2 exists gap. Optimized overlap degree curve can guarantee the fluxcharacteristic of the valves, and improve the efficiency of steam turbine. The overlap degreeoptimization test can provide reference for overlap degree curve optimization of governing valve of thesame type generators.
