摘    要:针对宁夏电力行政交换网存在的运维及建设成本高、业务支持能力差及技术体制落后等问题,基于IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)技术,提出了同省异地市1+1互备的扁平化网络架构、互联互通规划及分层级的接入方式,实现了行政交换核心设备的集中部署及语音、数据、视频融合业务提供能力。结果表明:基于IMS技术建设行政交换网可有效提升系统运行稳定性及多业务提供能力,降低系统运维及生产办公成本,具有接入方式灵活、业务类型多样及便于向下一代网络演进等特点。

Abstract:For the problem of the high cost of maintenance and construction, poor business supportability and backward technology system in Ningxia electric power administrative exchange network,based on IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) technology, puts forward the flat network architecture with 1+ 1 backup in the same province but different cities, mutual connection and mutual communicationplanning, and the hierarchical connection mode, realizes the centralized deployment ability of the coreequipment for the executive exchange and capabilities of the voice, data, video integration business.The results show that the construction of the administrative exchange network based on IMStechnology can effectively improve the stability of the system operation and the ability to provide moreservices, reduce costs of the system operation and production with the characteristics of flexible accessmode, various business type, and liable to evolve into the next generation network, etc.
