摘    要:针对 10 kV 配电线路跌落式熔断器带电作业时,重复绝缘遮蔽耗费大量作业时间的问题,经过深入实际地研究和分析,设计了一种使用灵活、方便、快捷、安全的新型绝缘隔板,并应用到 10 kV 配电线路带电作业中。应用结果表明:新型绝缘隔板有效地缩短了带电作业时间, 提高了带电作业的工作效率和安全系数,具有一定的工程实用价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that repeating insulation partition need to spend a lot of time in10 kV transmission line drop-out fuse live working,by deeply researching and analyzing,designs anew type of insulation partition which is flexible,convenient and swift,and applies it in 10 kVtransmission line live working. The application result shows that new type insulation partitioneffectively shortens live working time and improves the work efficiency and safety coefficient of liveworking,it has a certain engineering practical value.
