网络备自投在固原电网中的应用分析

摘    要:针对固原电网将台变电站运行方式不灵活,供电可靠性低,备用电源自动投入装置(简称“备自投”)配置不合理问题,提出一种基于能量管理系统( Energy M anage System ,, EM S)的网络(区域)备自投控制系统,实现运行方式和故障区域判别和备用电源自动投入功能。应用结果表明:网络备自投可以节省日常运行维护费用,减少工作量,并能与继电保护、 稳控切负荷或低频低压切负荷装置协同配合,杜绝常规备自投因配合不当导致越级动作或误动的问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the operation mode inflexibility,the low reliability of powersupply and the irrationality of configuration of standby power supply automatic switching in JiangtaiSubstation of Guyuan power grid,presents a network (area) standby power supply automaticswitching control system based on energy manage system (EMS),realizes judgment of operationmode and fault area and the function of standby power supply automatic switching. The applicationresult shows that:network standby power supply automatic switching device can save the cost ofdaily maintenance,reduce workload,and get rid of the problem of improper coordination ofconventional standby power supply automatic switching lead to overstep action or misoperationunder the cooperation of the relay protection device,steady control disconnecting load device or lowfrequency and low voltage disconnecting load device.
