摘    要:针对宁夏京能宁东电厂煤粉取样器取样不准确,煤粉细度与实际偏差大,取样时间长、取样密封管密封不严,污染环境等问题,通过分析论证,提出了将原撞击式煤粉取样器换成笛形管式等速煤粉取样装置的技术改造方案。应用结果表明:改造方案缩短了煤粉取样时间,解决了煤粉取样不准确,取样时易出现喷粉的问题,保证了磨煤机煤粉细度在规定范围内,减少了磨煤机单耗及锅炉受热面磨损,为运行人员调整锅炉燃烧提供了准确依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that pulverized coal sampler sample incorrectly, pulverized coalfineness has big differences than the actual, the sampling time is long, sampling seal pipe sealsuntightly and pollute the environment in Ningxia Jingneng Ningdong Power Plant, by analyzing andassessing puts forward technique improvement scheme that to change the original impingementpulverized coal sampler into flute- form pipe isokinetic pulverized coal sampling device. Theapplication results show that the improvement schemes shorten the time of pulverized coal sampling,solve the problems of pulverized coal sampling differences and spray, guarantee the pulverized coalfineness of pulverizer is in the formulary range, reduce the pulverizer loss and the boiler heatingsurface abrasion, provide accurate basis data for operators to adjust the boiler combustion state.
