SAFETY OF AMUSEMENT MACHINES AND MANAGEMENT MEASURES

The characteristics of amusement machine accidents and the causes of the accidents are analyzed by the concept and methodology of safety system. Children are the crowd easy to be injured in the accident. The consequences of the accidents and the factors influencing the consequences are discussed. Unsafe conditions of amusement machines including design, manufacture and operation, unsafe behavior of people and the defect of management are the causes of the accidents. In the end, some countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of safety management are given. They are perfecting rules and regulations, enhancing self-discipline of managers and operators, and strengthening government supervision including the product and the operation.
