循环高速流态化反应器低温脱硫研究

Abstract:This paper describes the development of a circulating high velocity fluid bed reactor accelerating the reaction of CaO and SO 2 under humid atmosphere. Tests show that,in the various factors affecting the SO 2 removal,the Ca/S ratio,the relative humidity and SO 2 concentration of the gas are most important,reaction temperature the less,and the gas velocity(in a range of 0 75~1 25m/s)the least. Desulfurization experiments show that with the feeding of CaO into the gas at a specified Ca/S ratio,the sulfur removal steadily increases and reaches 40~45%(depending on the operating parameters)at the 20 th min which far exceeds the 20% removal in a conventional entrained flow reactor under similar conditions. With the further feeding of CaO,the sulfur removal rises to 75% at the 40 th min,with the potential of even higher removal if the feeding continues.
