自动化电镀废水综合处理与回用工程设计

摘    要:通过分析工程概况与工艺要求,采用物理法、化学法、物化法、生物法等对某线路板厂不同的电镀废水进行分类综合处理,并运用反渗透RO膜系统作为主要的控制装置实现废水回用处理。系统基于"4C"技术完成自动监控与管理。实际运行表明,出水水质达广东省地方标准(DB 44/26—2001)《水污染物排放限值》中的二级标准,处理后60%废水重新回用于生产及绿化。

Abstract:By way of analysing the general situation of engineering and the technics requirement,physical method,chemical method and biological method etc.were adopted to calssify and treat the electroplating wastewater in a line lumber yard,and reverse osmosis RO membrane was used as the major control device to reuse the wastewater.The system adopted technologies of "4C" to complete the automatic control and management.The practical operating of engineering demonstrated that its effluent reached the second-order of the local standards "Water Pollutants Emission Limits"(DB44/26-2001),and 60% of the wastewater could be reused for production and afforestation.
