| 摘 要： | 针对建筑施工环境噪声扰民问题投诉较多,结合对建筑施工噪声的污染现状分析,根据建筑施工的特点及其对周边环境的影响分析,提出对建筑施工噪声污染的防治对策。提出环境保护部门应严格建筑施工项目审批,加大监管力度,做好对施工现场的核查,将建筑施工给居民带来的影响降至最低限度,尽可能的为居民提供安静、舒适的生活环境。
