板式电除尘器板处电场分布特性

摘    要:板处电场分布特性与电除尘器的除尘效率和反电晕现象有密切关系.本文对管形芒刺线、星形线和锯齿线的板处电流分布特性进行了试验分析和比较.结果表明,管形芒刺线比其他两种电晕线的电流分布均匀性差.在一定假设下,利用映射方法,通过推导得出计算板——圆线结构电场强度的近似式,利用该式对影响板处场强分布的因素进行了分析,得到板距大,板处电流和场强分布较均匀的结果.

Abstract:Laboratory studies are made on current distribution characteristics of discharge electrodes of tube-type spike, star-shaped stripe and saw-tooth spike. Research work shows that current distribution of tube-type spike is less than that of the others.An approximate formula for calculation of field intensity of plate-round wires affecting field intensity distribution indicates that the larger the duct width is, the more even current and field intensity distribution will be obtained.
