作训鞋靴用复合抗刺穿中底的开发和应用

摘    要:本文参照GB/T531.1和GB/T12017-1989对自行研制的两种抗刺穿中底、底革、钢板和市场上的织物抗刺穿中底进行了抗刺穿实验检测和对比分析。实验分析发现两种自行研制的抗刺穿中底抗刺穿力都在1,100N以上,其抗刺穿性能都达到标准要求。其中多层复合织物抗刺穿中底在抗刺穿性和舒适性以及经济性方面更加适合于作训鞋靴。最后确定了在作训鞋靴生产过程中,抗刺穿中底与鞋靴帮套的结合工艺。

Abstract:In this study, two kinds of laminated textiles material, which were of stab-resistance properties, was synthesized for the combat hoots insole, and the manufacture technology were confirmed. Anti-through testing was done in compliance with the GB/T 531.1 & GB/T 12017-1989, and the results show that this technological method is feasible for combat boots use. The two type puncture resistance insole have a good function, and the anti-through powers were above llOON, and the muhi-composite puncture resistance insole is more propitious to combat hoots. At last, the combine technology between puncture resistance insole and upper was set down by experience.
